Yes, Adobe released the final feature improvement for Adobe Muse on March 26, 2018. They will continue to offer technical support to all active Creative Cloud customers until May 20, 2020. No new features will be added to the program beyond critical operating system updates.
With this news we have decided to stop support for our widgets and templates as well. Video tutorials are still available on YouTube that go over how to use most widgets and a few of the templates.
Our subscriptions will remain active, but our support for the widgets and templates has been discontinued. The subscription can be canceled from your account settings, or if you subscribed before July 2018, you can cancel from the SendOwl email that was sent when first subscribing.

Yes! Adobe has confirmed that the Muse application will still function as normal. They have also provided us with a link for Creative Cloud subscribers to continue downloading Muse. You can continue building websites with Adobe Muse and will be able to for the foreseeable future.
Yes. The subscription will automatically renew one year after the original subscription date. If you purchased on 11/11/2018, for example, your plan will renew on 11/11/2019.
After subscribing you will be able to log-in with your username and password and download the widget from the widget page.
Muse For You switched over to a new account system on July, 14, 2018. If you subscribed before this date your subscription can be accessed via the SendOwl e-mail that was first sent when subscribing.
If you are already subscribed via SendOwl you will continue to receive e-mail updates when there is a new widget, template, or update and will be able to download from the SendOwl subscription page.
You can request a refund for the subscription if no widgets were downloaded for that year. If widgets were downloaded for that year the refund request will be denied.
For individual purchases if a widget is not working as intended you can request a full refund.
Yes. Most widgets require an internet connection to function. Quite a few widgets are using scripts from a content delivery network, or CDN for short, which requires an internet connection to be accessed.
If you have subscribed you get access to all new widgets and templates. You will also receive updates to any widgets and templates that are in the shop.
We have decided to discontinue support for our widgets and templates with Adobe Muse announcing the end of development. The widgets and templates are still available for download individually or via the subscription, but support for these products has been discontinued.
Yes, the widgets can be used on multiple projects if you are the only developer. The widgets cannot be used in templates or themes for sale.
For custom movement and animations I would recommend the Muse Motion Widget. For a set of 139 preset animations I would recommend The Animator Widget or the Fantastic 74 Animation Effects Widget.
For preset on scroll animations I would recommend the Scroll Show Widget or the Simple & Sweet On Scroll Animations Widget. Both of these widgets allow for one graphic style name to be applied to all elements to have the same animation for all elements.

The widgets are for Adobe Muse 2017 and later.
All widgets were developed to work with the most recent browsers. These include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer. If you are worreid about users using older browsers I would recommend using the “Browser Update” widget. This widget will notify users to update their browsers for the best experience when viewing your website. A few widgets with more modern animations do not work in IE.
